By accessing or using RecruitHacker (“the Service”), operated by Beijing Tongyue Technology Co., Ltd. (北京桐岳科技有限公司) (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
RecruitHacker is a software-as-a-service platform that aggregates publicly available job postings and matches them with independent recruiters based on their stated preferences. The Service provides job intelligence, match scoring, and outreach assistance tools for independent recruiting professionals.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Prices are displayed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trials at any time.

Job postings displayed in the Service are aggregated from publicly available sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any job posting. Job listings may be outdated or no longer available. You should verify all job details directly with the hiring company before taking any action.
The Service, including its software, design, text, and graphics, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF JOB DATA OR MATCH SCORES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
